senior national account manager: SASNA018
We are looking for an exceptional Senior National Account Manager, who will immediately take over the running of some of our biggest and highest opportunity retailers. They will work with the Head of Sales to develop and hit ambitious sales targets and help bring to life the brand plans in-store. As well as maintaining an excellent level of customer service and support, they will be expected to bring new accounts to the business and create joint strategic plans for each. They will capture new business, and will sell in the products, agree terms and engage the retailer in their new business relationship. They will help bring category growth to every customer they work with by consulting on space, shelf positioning, ranging, promotions with an understanding and focus on the unique shopper types in each channel.

management accountant: FIACC017
The finance function is a key part of ensuring that Childs Farm is a successful business. The primary functions are to ensure control, unlock value, drive agility and fuel growth by partnering the functions of the business. Focus on value driving items as it is important that the risks are managed to reduce impact on the business. Responsible for delivering all key finance activities including credit control, invoice payment, filing of statutory accounts and all financial and management reporting. Would suit as part qualified (CIMA, ACCA, Aca or qualified by experience individual who has experience of VAT reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis and people management.

brand manager - international: MABMI009
This International Brand Manager role will involve managing the launch of our range into strategic territories in EMEA and the Far East. A fantastically exciting role, the International Brand Manager will work with our local distributors to ensure our launches are fun, memorable and commercial, focusing on creating extensive Brand Awareness in households with children aged 0-9 years. Using the UK launch of the brand as a blue print, then adding local colour and relevance, this BM will execute launch plans which are relevant to each market, yet oozing with Childs Farm fun, ambition, trust and clarity. They will manage the on-going relationship and activities in each territory to ensure that not only are we ambitious in our plans to reach parents but are also experimental – we will try different tactics to see what works to boost our brand awareness, loyalty and trust, whilst being sensitive to the cultural differences of these new markets.

brand manager – direct to consumer: MADIC010
The Brand Manager responsible for the ‘Direct to Consumer’ part of our business is ultimately responsible for all our internet based B2C business; Childsfarm.com, Amazon and eBay platforms globally. This role involves the management of the strategic ‘funnel’ that draws web users into our online shops, using all the digital tools available from PPC, SEO to Google Ad words and Digital advertising campaigns. They will own the childsfarm.com site, making it exciting, commercial and best in class in the world of cosmetics and baby care. This role is for someone incredibly digitally aware and excellent at communicating and executing digital strategies with an eye for economic success. They will be clearly accomplished and understand how to reach our target audience of households of children aged 0-9 years, and adults with sensitive and irritated skin.

brand manager – retail activation: MABMA013
The Brand Manager responsible for working with our retailers is a core part of our brand awareness and purchasing strategy; with over 35% of buying decisions being made in the shopping aisle, we need an experienced retail professional to ensure that every opportunity for presenting our range at its best is found, whilst still getting change from a £10 note! New product launches must be planned and supported, using fun, exciting and different means to bring awareness to both press and consumers alike, so imagination and determination are key. Retailer parenting and baby clubs are also core to Brand Awareness, and opportunities to get brand into consumers hands through these platforms will be core to the strategy.

designer: MADES012
The look of the Childs Farm range has been integral in the success of the brand. We look different, our labels tell a story, and our imagination knows no bounds. Childs Farm art-workers have skill, imagination and efficiency in spades, and we are looking for an additional member for the team who is extremely skilled in many aspects of art work, but principally in taking our artwork and making it sing out from digital and social media platforms. We are looking for digital marketing campaigns which tell the Childs Farm story with fun and empathy. Social media posts which stand out and make people smile, and enthusiasm which is able to work within clear brand guidelines but is not trapped by them.

supply chain

raw materials buyer: SCBUY022
Childs Farm has grown very rapidly, and so has our need for the uninterrupted supply of a growing range of raw materials at the right time, quality and value. As we expand we need to ensure that our growing raw materials supplier base is managed to ensure these goals are met.The Raw Materials Buyer role is for an expert with proven experience and buying success in the beauty/toiletry industry. Experience of running successful tenders and managing supply issues and establishing robust supply processes. product development technician: SCPDT021 
Childs Farm is growing fast and we have multiple contract manufacturers. We need to ensure that our formulations are clear to each and every one who manufactures our products and are constantly reviewing and challenging to ensure that our products are the best that they can be. The Product Development Technologist role is key to delivering this and you need to be an expert with proven experience and success in this field. This role will not only be looking at existing formulas but will also be looking for new and interesting ingredients that could potential enhance our range of products for babies & children. And we want to tell the story of our ingredients, how they work together and what makes them work so well and then share and celebrate this with our customers. Working closely with our Regulatory Manager and our procurement team, this role will ensure continuity of product around the world, and development of new products in the Childs Farm way.
