Full time, 5 month Fixed Term Contract (to tide us over until maternity leavers return)
Must be able to start mid May
This role is available to cover activities until two of our key Office & Consumer Services team members return from maternity leave.
Childs Farm has been built on brand love. However big we grow, maintaining this brand love through friendly and caring consumer services is our number one priority. This role will typically be the first time a consumer will have spoken to or had written contact with the brand, and so it is vital that this role embodies the values and ethos of the brand. Contact is typically made by telephone, email or one of the social media portals. Usual messages are questions about the products, so this person must be quick and keen to learn all there is to know about the brand, the products, how to use them, whilst at the same time being really understanding and helpful to the consumer. Most of our customer enquiries are for advice and recommendations of which products would suit their children, where to buy the range – both in the UK and Internationally – and many other skin and hair care related questions and queries.
We are looking for a positive, organised, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and empathetic Consumer Services Advisor who is happy to sit at the heart of the business and who takes pride what they do. Our structure is lean, flat and very accountable. You must have drive, common sense, determination, buckets of confidence, a can-do attitude, and a great sense of fun. Consumer Services or admin experience is essential. Ideally you will have working in a high paced, dynamic environment where you are happy to get stuck in to anything and everything.
