Charity work and donations
At Childs Farm we're exceptionally proud to support and champion some incredible charities with our time, financial support and products.
Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA)
RDA has always been part of Joanna's life because of her passion for horses. At RDA, their horses and ponies benefit the lives of over 25,000 disabled children and adults through riding and carriage driving, providing therapy, fitness, skills development and achievement. They are supported by 18,000 volunteers at 500 centres all over the UK. We donated towards their new HQ in Worcestershire, and annually support their awards to celebrate the rider who has achieved the most over the previous 12 months.
Parallel Club for Paralympics GB
As founding members of The Parallel Club, a giving club which raises money to support disabled athletes on their elite sport journeys, we will donate £40,000 over four years, to support and promote the power of sport for disabled people. It’s a natural extension of our RDA support, and our shared ownership of Lottie, a dressage horse ridden by para-equestrian gold medallist, Natasha Baker MBE.
The Brain Tumour Charity & their Head Smart Campaign
We are delighted to work with The Brain Tumour Charity to support their awareness-raising HeadSmart Campaign, as many of our team have witnessed the devastating effect of undetected brain tumours first hand. Statistics on brain tumours in the UK are frightening, with 10 children in the UK being diagnosed every week.
We've used educational illustrations showing the early signs of brain tumour on the artwork of over 1 million sample boxes of our award-winning baby & child toiletries range, that we have given away with Emma’s Diary, NCT and others since 2019.
If we can save just one young life through our collective endeavours, we will be on the path to success.
Surfers Against Sewage
We’re championing Surfers Against Sewage to help end plastic pollution. Surfers Against Sewage are a marine conservation charity working with communities to protect oceans, waves, beaches and marine life. They fight long and hard to protect what we love, and we won’t stop until it’s completely clean, safe and protected for everyone, forever.
The Hampshire Medical Fund
Childs Farm is a proud member of the Hampshire Medical Fund 500 Club. With the burden of funding requirements on the NHS ever increasing, the Hampshire Medical Fund’s work enables our Hampshire Hospitals to provide the best possible care for patients and put our Hampshire NHS Trust at the forefront of clinical excellence.
By supplying pioneering equipment to our hospitals, the Hampshire Medical Fund is aiding our Hampshire NHS Trust in attracting and retaining the best consultants, junior doctors, nurses and therapists to care for the community.
In addition, the Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust is now celebrating its 10th birthday! If you would like to give a special birthday present to support these NHS hospital heroes, please click here to donate £10. All donations to the HHFT10 campaign will collectively make a big difference by enabling Hampshire Hospitals Charity to fund items and support for staff and patients above and beyond what the NHS provides.

Winchester Hospice
We’ve donated funds towards the building of the Winchester Hospice, which opened in 2021 and started accepting its first patients. The hospice is home to the palliative care team, who provide compassionate and specialist care for up to 10 inpatients, as well as patients in hospital and in their own homes.
NHS Donations
Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic we’ve donated almost £1m worth of Childs Farm and Farmologie products to the NHS, most recently donating 150,000 Farmologie hand creams to NHS heroes around the country. We are incredibly proud to have been able to help our amazing healthcare workers during this time and are endlessly grateful for everything they do.
Pennies from Heaven
Pennies from Heaven is the largest micro giving scheme for employees and pensioners in the UK. It is a simple but wonderful way for Childs Farm staff to support our chosen charity. Each month, employees net pay is rounded down to the nearest pound with the pennies donated to charity. Childs Farm are proud recipients of the Pennies from Heaven Platinum Awards for the second year running, meaning over 90% of our staff donate through Pennies from Heaven.
Alannah & Madeline Foundation, Australia
The Alannah and Madeline Foundation, is an Australian charity that provides packs to help support those who may have been through a swift and traumatic change in circumstances. Over the last decade the Foundation has provided more than 93,000 bags to vulnerable Australian children. They contain essential items such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, pillowcase, facewash, PJs, underwear and socks, as well as a book, activity kit, photo frame and the all-important teddy bear.
Childs Farm has committed to providing thousands of bottles of its hair and body wash and moisturiser to be included in the charity’s ‘Buddy Bags’ program.
